Visas

Under Australia's universal visa system, all visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia.

There are many visa options available to people wishing to visit Australia. The appropriate visa option will depend, amongst other things, on the person's purpose for visiting Australia.

Please refer to the Business Fact Sheet for guidance on the visa options that may be most suitable for attending this event. Also refer to the Visa Application Requirements Factsheet for information on visa application requirements.

Delegates should apply for their visa well in advance of their intended date of travel to Australia.  All visitors should apply for a visa at least two months prior to their intended date of departure, and four months prior for people with character or health concerns.

Once you have registered and paid for the event you will be provided with an email registration confirmation and tax invoice. The registration confirmation can be used to support your visa application - a letter of invitation is not required.

If you require a visa please send your full name as shown on your passport, country of passport and passport number to [email protected] we will then provide these details to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to assist with your visa application. Your details will only be used for this purpose.
